What is Clubbercise?
Clubbercise is a dance exercise class in a darkened room with glow sticks (so no one can see you!) It is a way to get you back on what feels like a night club dance floor and no hangover the next day. It doesn’t even feel like you’re exercising!
We dance to a range of music including club hits! All abilities are welcome, age 18 and above.
Where and when are classes?
Classes run every Tuesday, 7PM at New Windsor Community Association – SL45NW
Price – £12 for your first class which includes glowsticks
£7 for every other class as long as you bring your glowsticks.
